Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 July 2026
1. Who we are
DEXLaboratory is operated by RelationsMGMT, a registered sole proprietorship in Poland (the "data controller"). Contact for all privacy matters: consulting@dexlaboratory.com. Full registered details of the controller are provided in engagement contracts and are available on request.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what you submit through the intake form on this site: your name, a contact handle (Telegram, WhatsApp number, or email), and the information you provide about your company and project (goals, stage, budget bracket, timeline, free-text description). We also store a hashed identifier derived from your IP address, used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention. This site does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party profiling.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
We process intake submissions to respond to your inquiry and prepare for a potential engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries). Abuse-prevention data is processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Where your data goes
Submissions are stored on Supabase infrastructure. A copy of your submission is delivered to the operator's private Telegram workspace so it can be read before we speak; Telegram may process this data on servers outside the EEA. By submitting the form you acknowledge this delivery channel. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
5. International transfers
Where processing involves providers outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.
6. Retention
Intake submissions are kept for 12 months from submission, then deleted, unless we enter into an engagement (in which case data is retained as part of the contractual relationship) or you request earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email consulting@dexlaboratory.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your EU member state.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the site's functionality changes (for example, if a client portal or analytics are added). The current version is always available at this address, with the effective date above.
